Hatta PR \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in bile olduk\u00e7a etkili olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sigara i\u00e7mesinin uygunsuz bulundu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde Bernays, kad\u0131nlara sigara i\u00e7erken yapt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f ile bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu eylem daha sonra \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Me\u015falesi\u201d olarak an\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bernays\u2019\u0131n bilinen en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kampanyalar\u0131ndan biri (ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk PR \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131) Lucky Strike sigaralar\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kampanyad\u0131r. \u015eirket sahibinin s\u00f6ylemlerine g\u00f6re Lucky Strike markas\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik sigara sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda istenilen rakamlar bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc yakalanm\u0131yordu. Ayr\u0131ca moda defilelerinde ye\u015fil renklerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda ye\u015fil rengin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak Lucky Strike\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131nlara sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 dolayl\u0131 yoldan etkilemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de PR&#8217;\u0131n Tarih\u00e7esi<\/h2>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde ise PR\u2019\u0131n profesyonelle\u015fme s\u00fcreci 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle kamu kurumlar\u0131nda ba\u015flayan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonras\u0131nda \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re de yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1966 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Gazetecilik ve Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler Y\u00fcksek Okulu\u2019nda ilk halka ili\u015fkiler dersleri verilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu dersleri ise ABD\u2019de halkla ili\u015fkiler konusunda y\u00fcksek lisans yapm\u0131\u015f <strong>M. Al\u00e2eddin Asna<\/strong> vermi\u015ftir. Bu kurulu\u015ftan \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l sonra yani 1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda Asna bir halkla ili\u015fkiler kitab\u0131 da yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ise \u0130zmir, \u0130stanbul ve Ankara\u2019da Gazetecilik Y\u00fcksek Okullar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ders m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131nda halkla ili\u015fkiler yer almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lerleyen y\u0131llarda ise;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1972 y\u0131l\u0131nda Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler Derne\u011fi Kurulmu\u015ftur. Derne\u011fin ilk ba\u015fkan\u0131 yine M. Al\u00e2eddin Asna\u2019d\u0131r. 1978 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini Bet\u00fcl Mardin devralm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk halkla ili\u015fkiler ajans\u0131m\u0131z olan A&amp;B Al\u00e2eddin Asna taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n<li>1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini Asna\u2019dan devralan Bet\u00fcl Mardin taraf\u0131ndan IMAGE Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler Ajans\u0131 kurulmu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n<li>1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bersay, Global Tan\u0131t\u0131m ve Orsa isimli halka ili\u015fkiler ve ileti\u015fim ajanslar\u0131 faaliyete ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PR&#8217;\u0131n \u00d6nemi Nedir?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Halkla ili\u015fkiler<\/strong>, bir kurumun veya i\u015fletmenin kurum ile hedef kitlesi aras\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ili\u015fki ve ileti\u015fim geli\u015ftiren stratejik bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Bir kurulu\u015f i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli \u015feylerden biri de bu ileti\u015fimi y\u00f6netmektir. PR da ileti\u015fime odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu noktada \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nHalkla ili\u015fkiler stratejisi olu\u015fturmak, kriz anlar\u0131nda nas\u0131l tepki verece\u011finizi, sorular\u0131 nas\u0131l cevaplayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ve her zaman ne s\u00f6yleyece\u011finizi bilmenizi sa\u011flar. PR taraf\u0131ndan ilgilenilmesi gereken \u00e7ok\u00e7a alan vard\u0131r.
